Data Processing Addendum

Organizations that need a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA), for GDPR, CCPA, or an internal vendor security review, can request one at privacy@crump360.com. Our standard DPA covers:

  • The categories of personal data processed (registrant and learner records) and the purposes of processing.
  • Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer outside the origin region.
  • Subprocessor list and notice of changes (see Subprocessors).
  • Security measures, incident notification timelines, and audit rights.
  • Data deletion on termination of the agreement.
