Agreement
These terms govern use of CRUMP360, provided by Crump Solutions Group. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use CRUMP360 on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
CRUMP360 provides event registration, ticketing, check-in, and a learning management system. Features and limits depend on the plan an organization selects.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Organization owners and admins control who has access and at what role.
Payments
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Event ticket payments processed through a connected Stripe account belong to the organization running that event; CRUMP360 is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for an organization's refund decisions, though refunds are always available to be issued by the organization.
Acceptable use
Do not use CRUMP360 to violate the law, defraud registrants, send unsolicited messages, or attempt to bypass its security or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Political and advocacy use
Organizations using CRUMP360 for political campaigns or advocacy are responsible for their own compliance with campaign finance, election, and disclosure law in every jurisdiction where they operate, including any required disclaimers on paid communications. CRUMP360 does not generate or approve campaign content.

Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be disclaimed by law. To the extent permitted by law, Crump Solutions Group's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here.
